To be released in early 2010 is "Babies", a production by Focus Films. It features the first year in the lives of four babies born in disparate countries from their first breaths to their first steps.

Coming from Mongolia, Nambia, USA, and Japan, the babies and the film-makers take viewers on a visually stunning trip.

Martin Barillas is a former US diplomat and the editor of Spero News.
